Scrubbing Tower Equipment
There are two types of scrubbing tower equipment: Counter-current Flow and Cross-Flow. The main concept is to import gaseous pollutants to the fill layer of the tower using air radiator. Gaseous pollutants fully contact with liquid medicine in the fill layer and generate chemical absorption reaction. The dripping in the handled gaseous pollutants will be deleted using dehydrator. The clean air will then be discharged to the atmosphere. The waste liquid medicine can be adjusted and recycled using pH controller and dosing machine. Then the recycled liquid medicine can be reused and reduce the issue of waste water treatment and water pollution.
Normally，the major reason for choosing scrubbing tower equipment solution is because the gaseous pollutants to deal with are able to dissolved in water and have higher total ratio occupied. Also, it can reduce the temperature of the gaseous pollutants.
